DO I NEED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Due to high demand, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure you don’t have to wait an extended period of time. We can also still look after most walk-ins, but you just might need to wait a little while.

WHY DO WE TAKE ONLINE BOOKINGS?
During the Covid 19 pandemic, we shifted to online bookings and continue to rely on them.

WHAT’S GOING ON?
As a small business we need to help our clients, and staff stay safe. We use an online booking system so we can give you the best possible service, and time. To help streamline this, we now ask for a credit card to secure bookings with a deposit.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
It’s simple. To book, just click the ‘Book Now’ button below and follow the prompts.

WHO HAS MY DETAILS?
When you enter your credit card into the booking system, all the details are stored with a secure third-party payment provider, you will only have to enter your details one time. Rockit Barbershop does not have any access to those details.

WHAT DO I GET CHARGED?
We have a 50% deposit on the services you have booked.

SO WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you have 60mins before the start of your appointment, there will be no charge at all, if you move your appointment to another time or date. But if you don’t show up, we will use your deposit and charged you 50% of the value of your appointment. This is at our discretion, as we need reasonable notice for both us and other clients waiting for an open appointment. If you are running late, please call us, as if you are over 10 mins late your appointment may need to be moved to the next available time, or again may need to be cancelled, again this is at our discretion, we will do everything to accommodate you.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?
Once you have a credit card stored on your profile you can use that card to check out in store. Simply let your barber know at check out, you can always use another card, voucher or cash at that time as well.
